Revamp of the website

I already have a website. It is a Chess coaching and software website. However, the information, content, design are not good. I need to revamp the website. I am establishing a startup with zero investment. Hence, my budget is not very high. But, I am looking for a person who can not only design the website, but also write a good content in it. Also, he should be able to choose the theme, suggest me what should come where and why too. If I like the work, definitely you will get 4-5 more websites to work on.
