Sports Handicapping Service Website

I would like to have a website designed for me that will function as a means of clients purchasing my professional opinion on sports games. This can be accomplished by having a username and password for each paying member, to get to another area in which the sports picks of the day are located. I would want to be able to constantly update the home page with new graphics etc. I could offer a Paypal link for subscriptions at various amounts of money and length. This is not a sports gambling website. Please note that I already have the domain name registered with Go Daddy. Thanks
