Tractor Parts Compare Ads

I'm looking to build an affiliate marketing/comparison website for the tractor parts market. There are 2 sides to the website, new and used parts. New parts: We hope to collect content from potential suppliers who have existing online parts stores (e.g. Agriconomie, Agriline, John Conaty Tractor Parts) via a CSV file/excel spreadsheet and publish them in order of tractor brand: Make - Series - Model then using categories and sub categories to find a particular part (see Agriline website for example). Once a visitor clicks on a particular product they are redirected to the suppliers website to purchase this product. We hope to generate revenue on a Price per click basis (for generating a lead to a supplier) and on a commission basis (Once that lead purchases a product). The back end of the website will need to be automated to be able to handle the amount of content from each supplier and to update product prices once they occur. Used Parts: This side of the website is for the average person to advertise parts themselves by completing an online publishing form. When they are completing the form they must add Make, Series, model, year of tractor and choose the categorie and sub categories they want their part to fall under. They then pay a certain amount (depending on value of product) before being published. All publishing's must be approved by ourselves before appearing on the website.
