Business Cards to Outlook entry

I have a pdf file of my business cards (total 126 card scans) and I would like to convert this information to a format that Outlook can read (vcf file format). So the pdf information would need to converted or entered manually in Outlook and then the resulting Outlook contacts file can be saved and sent to me. I need the following fields entered Name of Company Name of Person Title Email Phone Mobile Other field: Business Unit or Division if applicable Since this contact information is critical, I would not like any errors. Lastly some of the card scans may have the last line cut off but you can easily make out the email address. If not, please list the cards that you were unable to enter all information correctly due to poor scan.
