Exchange Server 2010 (outgoing mail fix - spam problem - bandwidth

We have a server with windows server 2008 and exchange 210 installed. All users are connecting on the server via RDS and they are using applications and Outlook on hte server We suddenly (last 2 days) have the following problems: 1. We can not send emails outside our network. Allthough they are not in outbox, all emails outside our local network are not delivered. We tried to empty the ms exchange que, but problem remains 2. It seems that our server is trying to send spam emails all the time. So ques is always busy with thsoe emails (but not so many to stuck the que - so not necessary related with above). In any case we need to stop this 3. Our Internet speed is 16mps. But our server is consuming (without any known to us reason) 10mbps all the time. We need to fix this as well/ So we need someone to solve all above 3 issues We will provide for all necessary remote server access details
