I have gained a lot experience doing simmilar jobs on freelancer and other sites, even transferred files between multiple servers and with me you are not sacrificing quality for money.

I agree with you that a virtual solution would be best. At this time, loading Windows XP on newer hardware will run the risk of not having necessary drivers to support the O/S. I will convert it to a VMWare-based system and perform all necessary cleanup of the system to remove all old residual hardware drivers and services left from the original setup. I am assuming that you would provide a VMWare-based solution that I could move this to. If not, we can look at a cloud-based solution to do the same basic thing. The system would reside in the cloud and not on a physical system at your location. That would be your call as to whether your comfortable with that or not. Hillary Jordan

The best course of action that I would recommend is using VMware vCenter converter. This software will allow you to convert any physical machine you have into a VMware compatible image. For upgraded hardware I would suggest any system with at least 12 GB of RAM, 1 TB HDD, and at least 3.0ghz Intel core i5 or i7. Once you have the new hardware set-up you would need to install VMware workstation player.
