Need someone to redo the calculations on a sellers net sheet form on a wordpress website (gravity forms)

Need someone to redo the calculations on a sellers net sheet form on a website to allow that the title insurance is a promulgated rate, and the deed doc stamps is $.70 per $100. The form is made using gravity forms. Right now the form calculation is correct on numbers ending in 000. Such as $128,000. But, on other numbers. Such as $82,050. The calculation is off a bit for the deed doc stamps, and the title insurance. Also I would like to have the net to seller row removed from the email notifications, and have it just end at title insurance. Bid only if you are sure you can fix this form, and remove the net to seller row from the email notifications. The net to seller will come out correct at $117,635.72 But if you put in $82,050 purchase price, with all other numbers the same as above. The net to seller will be off a bit.
