We have an early childhood education website for our business. We worked with a web developer over the summer to get it ready for the school year, but the developer ghosted us before it was finished. We have some severe performance issues on our website that I am not able to fix. For example, the TTFB is 6.7s. Once we are past the TTFB the site loads fairly quickly, but I'm not sure what is causing the TTFB. I am looking for some help to clean up the performance issues. I would also like to have someone who would be available for ongoing support for our website. The website uses WordPress and the Divi theme, WooCommerce and Learndash LMS. I would like to work with someone who has experience in those tools. I would also like to work with someone who is willing to take some time to show me what they did to fix the performance issues. I want to learn, I don't just want someone to fix the problems. The included reports are from GTMetrix, but do not include the name of our website.
