Estates/Properties Locator

Hi there, I'm looking for an application which locates estates or properties around the user on the map. App should redirect the user to the static website that has already developed. Moreover, user should be able to search regarding places on the app. Nevertheless, the main trick of the app should be the locator service which works with 'around me' logic. - The application must detect the current GPS location of the user and then locates the estates around him/her. ??- the application must be a native iPhone app that can be downloaded and installed from the app store.?? - the application must allow the user to select an alternative starting location. - tapping on the a particular estates on the map will show the estates details and give a link to our website.?? - the application will display, using google maps or mapquest, directions from the current location (or user-specified location) to the estates.?? - the application will allow the user to switch between walking and driving directions to the estates. ??- Users must be able to add the estates around.?? We have already got XML base which connects our database with website. Our reference application is Remax Pro for Android. We already have logos, buttons etc. But we will need whole design. All source code must be delivered with the application.
