The final state will be fabricated using a CNC (Computer numerically controlled) router, so the resolution probably won't be better than 1/16". As I said, the models will be CNC routed from wood at the end, so they do not necessarily need to be watertight, but I still prefer them to be water tight without reversed normals in case the model output changes. I would like someone to polish/refine the logo design I have started. I have included my work so far and a designs I like. I am starting a CNC furniture/Industrial steel furniture and lighting design and make company. I would like it to be named Star Holden Designs. I have included a font I like. Doesnt have to be this one. I have included an .ai. Doesnt have to be this design. I would also like the logo to be "cut from rusty steel on a wood grain background" or something similar like burnt into wood or laid onto a PCB board like a copper track. It would be used as a header for website, facebook and maybe business card background. Not sure what I am looking for. I have bought a Cnc Router. We recently bought a Kitamura MyCenter 2/585 CNC Machining Center. It came with a Fanuc OM Controller, and we are looking for someone who is pro-efficient with this specific controller to help us with the tool change. So far the machine moves as it should, Goes to home position and every Axis movement (using the MPG so far) is completed successfully. We want someone to help us diagnose and solve a Tool Changer Problem: When you call a Tool, The spindle orients and the Tool magazine rotates to the selected tool, Then the tool pocket goes out of the magazine and the machine stops with an alarm, as if it was waiting for a signal.
