I'm looking for a Freelancer to help create an announcement PDF for an upcoming trade show. This PDF will serve as a Save the Date, letting recipients know who the exhibitors are. Its purpose is to promote our company and make attendees aware of the exhibitors. The design of the announcement PDF should match the existing template that we have been using. The document should include the date and time of the trade show, as well as the location of the event. Most importantly, it should include a list of exhibitors. If possible, please use a minimalistic and clean design on the announcement PDF to reflect our existing marketing materials. An ability to work with us quickly and efficiently would be appreciated.
