Consulting about the requirements and costs for a new game for PC

Hello! Me and my colleague have a game idea that we would really liked to get made. It's sort of a MOBA MMO. We can't tell you more until you sign an NDA. We are prepared to spend some money to get the initial development going, and later on try some sort of crowdfunding for the game to get fully developed. But we have some questions, and we would need someone experienced in game development for Windows, preferably with Unity to fill in the blanks for us. For example what the total cost for a prototype would be, how long it would take to make, and how many people would be required to make it (we guess a programmer, animator, and an design artist to begin with) Again, you must be willing to sign an NDA. Also, this is only a one-time project for consulting, but if you are experienced in programming, game design or something related to game development we may have work for you in the future, if you would like to work on a really awesome new game!
