Hello, I need the following web service to be created. the web service will accept username, password and excel file. the web service must confirm that log-in is correct, once confirmed the web service must parse the data inside the file and write it into the MySQL database. Login will be confirmed by external web service. There will be 3 different data files each file have it's own structure. the structure must be detected and values must be read correctly from it. Attached is 1 file example. the file can be opened with notepad or excel. Login details to view database structure: host: [login to view URL] user: bbMeka pass: bb@Meka1
