Image Processing Software:

We want to get developed Image Processing software. Feature wise it is more alike photoshop. It should have capabilities to edit image and apply filters and effects. Here is the features we are looking for: 1) User can import .PSD(Photoshop file) file in our software to edit. After importing user should be able to deal with different layers. 2) Software should have capability to support Vector Images. 3) User should be able to apply borders(Shadows, Stroke, Gradient Stroke) 4) Level Brightness, Contrast, HSL Curves, Soft/Sharp and White balance(Individual and Batch processing with folder processing) 5) Layer blending options(Overlay, Luma, Color etc. like photoshop) 6) Lasso and Pen tools 7) Filters(Available in photoshop) 8) Action/Script recorder(Same as macro) with save option. 9) File should be export to specific extension(e.g. .xyz) 10) User should be able to change image background. 11) User can adjust Layer's alignment 12) Photoshop style & strike can be imported 13) Photoshop plugins can be use in this software(This software will work as a host(Photoshop API is available in Photoshop developer website.)) 14) Auto Fill functionality(User should be able to place multiple layers in a document with different angles, size. Later by clicking one button those layers should be filled with images.). There are 3 types of fill(a, b, c ): a- Manual Fill: User will select layer and fill Image inside layer by double clicking on image. b- Simple Autofill: User will select multiple Layers(suppose 9), after he will select multiple images then by clicking [Simple Autofill] button layer should be filled with image one by one. c- Logical Autofill: Automatically one by one image should be placed in image layers based on one simple logic.(Logic: I have 3 Layers in one document with following name: layer1_Left, layer2_Center, layer3_Right. Also I have 3 image folders/Groups with named: Left, Center, Right. So in this case layer1_Left layer should be filled by image persist) Note: We are looking for onsite resource in PUNE(INDIA) so please provide quotation accordingly.
