This project is to break a dxf file which has many parts into individual part objects that can then be used to create individual part DXF files. The program must be coded in C#, and the coder must use the CadSoftTools [login to view URL] Toolkit. This will allow you to easily parse the file, get the necessary information such as line,arc,text and also layer,color. It also provides an canvas so that you can graphically display the items. The coder must be good at geometric calculations. Prior experience with DXF and CAD files or [login to view URL] toolkit is preferred. Experience with devexpress components is also a plus. Upon successful completion future work will be awarded. Please see more detailed document attached and also sample dxf file.

Dear Sir, I can do all of what you are asking for. The problem is that I do all that in PHP, not C#... If you think that you could help me with C#, I can definitely do the rest.
