Hello. I am very interested in your project. I am a developer of various devices based on the PIC/dsPIC, AVR, STM8, x51 controllers and I have experience in the development and launching into production 3-phase multi-tariff electric energy meter (watt-hour meter) based on chip ADE7758 and PIC18F4550 (other version on AVR ATMega64) microcontroller. Also have experience in developing devices for electrical network monitoring, based on 78M6612. In what form is it necessary to execute the project and deliver the results? Do you need the sample product? Or scheme, PCB/gerbers and firmware only? Also I have a lot of questions on the project, some of which I think will be solved after the detail of the project. Based on the level of complexity and significance of the project, the scheduled development period is about 4-5 weeks (more exact - after agreeing of the project details), and the cost of the work (writing software, developing scheme and PCB, testing, troubleshooting) ZAR5000.
