I write 100+ words per minute and scored 98% on English (US) Level 1 Exam. I have a very good knowledge of English language and I have been communicating in English on Skype for 3 years. When it comes to transcription, I feel I am going to do a good job as I've watched numerous series and movies without any subtitles, as my practice. But I can't give you the exact time how long it will take me to transcribe 40 minutes of your test video. I will time it if I get the chance, but I think it will take me 2 minutes per 1 minute of video. Thanks in advance, hopefully we'll get to work together, if not, good luck on your project!
