In need of an experienced SharePoint developer who can help us implement a new system designed for 5 users. Top-tier skills and expertise in SharePoint Online are crucial for this job. Currently my client has a Project Management Document where they track the job details and status. I would like that information to be in some sort of Sharepoint Intake Form and have different triggers when the status changes so we can report how many jobs are in progress at different stages. Key functionalities we are looking for: - Document Management: We want an easy and efficient way to store, retrieve, and manage our documents. - Collaboration Tools: The SharePoint system should offer us the ability to work on tasks and documents simultaneously, leaving comments and resolving issues in real time. - Workflow Automation: We need a system that can efficiently automate repetitive tasks, significantly improving our workflow. - Converting an Existing Project Management Sheets into a Workflow that captures data and summaries different status. - Extract Customer and Staff emails pertaining to particular clients and log them in Sharepoint. REQUIREMENTS: Must be US-Based and English as a first language. Background check may be required as data is sensitive. Experience in developing customized SharePoint solutions and understanding of best practices are necessary. Legislative knowledge concerning data privacy and SharePoint is recommended.
