It is for an online e-learning social project. Voices will be heard over a static cartoon image representing the person speaking - No Sync needed. Some voices listed down below can be done by same artist - It needs to sound convincing and different in each voice. Files to be delivered via e-mail in WAV format preferably (AIFF is OK too).
