Hello We would like our user to send us messages through FB Messenger and Telegram, which should come to our web application, that web application should send the messages to our Support Engineers who would be connected on FaceBook Messenger, Telegrarm or logged on to website chatting application (which also you would create) Multiple users could connect to one support executive, and if the end user connects on FB Messenger, and our support executive in on telegram he should be able to communicate with them (as the bridge chatting application would do all the routing) We are looking at C# .net. The chatting is not limited to Text, we would like zip, PDF, video and images to come as well. We have included an image for ready reference. Please note our support executive could handle multiple people messages, and he could reply and the same sessions should be maintained (We do not want wrong messages to be delivered) We want the messages to be delivered in nearly realtime (very less latency) All chats would be logged in SQL sever (which has IP, time stamp, Unique Session and other details) Please Study FB Messenger API and telegram API before you bid.
