Do you have sample data maintained in the excel? We can use MS access 2016 database for development. For multiple user we need to create front-end backend separate. Please share the existing excel spreadsheet so we can analyze required tables, forms. We are Microsoft Access,  Excel and SQL server database developers, about the experience my senior colleague has over 21 years experience and I have a 7 year of experience in building Microsoft access databases for various industry types and purpose, we do have contracts with couple of companies for long-term support.
