Hi. I'm a programmer. I want a system could do the following: 0. in an Dll. Providing the following function for streams. 1. Conferencing with less than 100 pc over internet. 2. Video Stream: Only one selected end or Server to the others. 3. Sound Stream: Every end to every end. I mean if you make sound, everyone will know it. Question: Your experience? Server-Client or P2P? What API or component will be used? Your programming language? How much time will you take? Your questions?
