68116 Stock Symbol Message Board

I own OTCEagle.Com. It is hosted on Site5.Com. I need a sophisticated message board where members can leave information regarding Stock Symbols. The can currently register. The message should display their registration information. It should also require a Stock Symbol in order to write a message. The date of the message should be reflected on it. The message should also allow a reader of the message to respond to it by hitting a "Reply" button. Any member should be able to restrict the messages by the age of the message. "Display only messages "#" days old." There should be a summary of messages that displays the quantity of messages as they apply to alphabet ranges of the Stock Symbols: A-B, C-D, E-F, ect... My [login to view URL] frame should remain at the top of this message board. There should also be an area for symbol lookup before, during, and after the registered member seeks to leave a message. I also want the Stock Symbol information to display on the actual message being left by the member as it was at the time of the message. And, whatever the current information is to be displayed on the message reply at the time of that message.
