Discord Bot Build

I need a discord bot that will will reply to a specific channel with @here when the timer started and finishes. We play Eve Online and need a timer that goes off when specific areas respawn. Each has its own timer and will need its own command to start the timer. Example of functionality: When someone in the assigned channel types: !ice depleted 16PX The bot should reply: Ice marked as depleted for 16PX In 4 hours the bot should reply: @here Ice for 16PX has respawned The 16PX should be a variable, so you can enter multiple targets into this. It should start a new timer for each requested variable. There is also the need not just for ice, but for Col & Eno. The timers are below: Ice = 4 hours Eno = 4 hours Col = 5 hours Multiple timers should be able to function at a time and we need the bot to be stable.
