Prestashop custom programing

Hi I have extensive knowledge in Prestashop. I have read the document and understood every points asked. I will provide you clean installable module with responsive as well. I will provide option to change the sponsor later in the admin. And will provide option to set the commission rate to each sponsor separately and globally as well. If commission is not set for a customer, then global commission rate will be applied for that particular sponsor. Sponsor can view commissioned report in the account dashboard section itself and will provide option to export as csv file as well. Thank you
