MS Teams chatbot transcription service

I would like to hire a developer to create a Microsoft Teams chatbot that is able to perform two primary functions - 1. Be invited to a Teams meeting (audio or video) and take the meeting recording and transcribe it 2. Be available on my organisations Team site and allow staff to upload (send via Teams chat) audio/video recordings and for a transcription to be provided back to them. - The service needs to utilise the Azure Cognitive services. - The transcriptions need to be produced as a Word document (potentially using a template) - The transcriptions need to use Conversation Transcription ([login to view URL]) - Transcription does not need to be real-time - Transcription should estimate accuracy of each piece of dialogue to facilitate needed corrections. - Language will be English - Full instructions and support for deployment to Teams site must be provided An option to improve the accuracy of transcription should also be provided. This migth be in two possible scenarios - 1. Existing recordings provided with previously created transcriptions (known to be 100% accurate) 2. Ability to update chatbot created transcriptions with corrections I am open to potential approaches.
