We would like to knock down the wall between our kitchen and laundry. The wall is not structural / load bearing. A few other apartments in the block have done the same. We need a certificate to sign off on this before we submit to strata. We have the plans / engineering certificate of the apartment upstairs from us who have done the same thing.

Only the plan of the apartment is needed (key plan not needed). It would be nice if the original jpeg could be underlayed on a frozen layer for me to compare. The drawing unit should be in metres. The area is 700 sqft, therefore the scale should be accordingly adjusted such that the area matches approximately. You may use your judgement in deciding how much to scale (because I am not sure if the 700 sqm is builtup area or something else) , but use standard sizes for objects like doors, windows, room sizes as a reference. Apartment is in Singapore, should be the same as British/Indian standards.

We have had an old house that has thick walls that makes it hard for Wifi to go through. In addition, we have a second building (containing an apartment and a study) on the property that requires WIFI. The building is about approximately 120ft away from the house. Our current router is Xfinity and is in the building. We also have an AmpliFi Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System, and a Linksys RE9000 Extender. The Wifi is overall not terrible, but it's not ideal. There are some weak spots, and doing things that require a strong connection such as video calling, are somewhat difficult if you are not close to the main router, or one of the Amplifi's.
