I need a coder able to create a Platform and Apps to manage the following Proximity Marketing business. We want to sell the service of Proximity Marketing to small shops in Italy. The Platform has to be done in order to put us in condition to organize everything and upload posts from it for all the beacon sold to clients. Apps using has to be optional for clients using Ibeacon and eddystone beacons. Preferably the software has to be written with Wordpress. I have this code that get stuck in after running for a few hours, and I have to reset to get it working again. What the code does is to read an ibeacon and using a bluetooth module once the ibeacon is in range it turn on HIGH pin D0 but when the ibeacon is out of range pin D0 goes low. sometimes D0 get stuck on high and sometimes it get stuck on LOW. I attached the code the problem is it does not happen right away it would happen after a few hours.

So what I need is a fix for the ibeacon plugin which I linked below or create a new plugin that can work with ionic 2. This app doesnt have push notifications, so the beacon plugin must work even inside the bluetooth region and proceed to reward the user. I need an individual/company who can develop code that would allow the M5Stack (ESP32) to listen to iBeacon or Eddyson beacons. This means the ESP32 device has to act as a Central device. As there is already free code/libraries in the internet that addresses functionality similar to this requirement, I just need someone to rapidly implement this project by reusing code that is freely available. The project involves implementing an ibeacon using CC2650 Sensor Tag. The beacon will be broadcasting battery information along with some other sensor information. The project much be delivered within 2 days.
We have developed a device that contains an nRF51822, which we would like to use to broadcast according to the iBeacon specification. Write a software application that will broadcast an iBeacon message to a large area ( 200 meters radius ) . The message will contain an UUID plus the time in milliseconds every 100 miliseconds to a large number of mobile phones Android and IPhone.
