We are a progressive commercial cleaning Company operating in VIC. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter/ B2B Sales to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly talented and motivated salesperson to make his/her mark within the commercial cleaning industry. As our Lead generator, you will be responsible for building strong profitable relationships with corporate, facilities management, education, and government clients with a view of selling our company's services, expertise, and reputation for quality. Your responsibilities Developing growth strategies and plans Increasing client base Having in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Writing business proposals Negotiating with stakeholders Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Researching business opportunities and viable income streams Following industry trends locally Drafting and reviewing contracts Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements Job qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Business Development or relevant experience High-level communication skills Stakeholder management skills Proven ability to negotiate Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy Conflict resolution The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team Experience working to and exceeding targets Please note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
