The purpose of the dial is to provide input selection, to the ATTiny84A and will turn on power to either 1 or 2, of 3 PORTB pins. This will also require adjustment of PWM on several pins that I will need to adjust several times through the project. I would prefer this be done in Atmel studios as that is what I use, but any format in which I can adjust the duty cycle would be sufficient. This will most likely require software PWM on PB0 due to the use of PB0 through PB2. All the electronics for this project are in breadboard testing and can easily be changed if necessary.
